Private Lesson are tailored specifically for you to fit your own level. This class will teach the fundamentals of body isolation to start building muscle memory and proper technique. This class offers a base to help you understand the art of moving your body as a bellydancer. 

Private classes consists of a coherence warm up with breath and Qi-gong techniques. We also work on body posture, movement breakdown, full body muscle flexibility, body isolations, and the break down of dance combinations for you to learn & execute each move to build confidence and by also building new muscle memory & coordination. We learn a full choreography every 2-4  classes depending on your skill level. All of these while having fun learning!

Private Lesson are tailored specifically for you to fit your own level.  In these Two private Lessons you will learn a solid understanding of the fundamentals of body isolation to start building muscle memory and proper technique. Once you experience these two sessions, you will have the ability to move your body more fluently with the understanding of the basic technique to help you continue your bellydance journey.
